R3C is the newly formed collaborative Project where multi-sector teams can join together to leverage each other’s skill sets and resources to better address the needs of its partners. The Core objective of R3C is to bring experts from industry, academia, the public sector and law enforcement closer.
In this project, Research centers would be established in major universities of Pakistan where Master and PhD students will participate alongside members of the robust high technology industry to conduct the research to empower dynamic responses to cater emerging problems with the Internet, e-commerce, and critical system vulnerabilities.
Malware Research
1. Conduct operational research and development work in the area of malware and emerging threats.
2. Issue relevant alerts and advisories on emerging threats to our constituency.
Cyber Early Warning System
1. Conduct research to build Pakistan’s First Cyber Early Warning System.
